Quality of bed is great. 10% cooling is a Marketing scam. My mattresses is warm to the touch when I get up. Does not dissipate the heat very well. Very firm and hard.

It may be too early to make a judgement, but in the first week that I have had the mattress, I will say that I don't believe that I have ever slept on a more comfortable mattress. It is firm, but it also supports every part of my body equally. The value score is due to the fact that it is a very expensive mattress.
