30 Night Comfort/Satisfaction Guarantee
Your purchase from SlumberWorld is backed by our 30 Night Comfort/Satisfaction Gauarantee. We require that you try the new bed for 3 weeks in order to give your body time to adjust to a more supportive bed. If, after the adjustment period, your bed is unacceptable from a comfort or support standpoint, we will give you one opportunity for a reselection. SlumberWorld must be notified within 30 days of delivery for a merchandise reselection. All merchandise must be returned in the original purchase condition for a full credit toward a reselection. A handling fee of 10% of the original purchase price or $50 (whichever is greater) will be charged. Special orders, Adjustable beds, pillows, and “as is “ merchandise are NOT included in the 30 Night Comfort/Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you find the same product at any Hawaii retail store (price clubs and military exchanges excluded) at a price lower than at SlumberWorld within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund 110% of the difference.

Delivery Service
Free delivery and set-up is offered with purchases of $699 or more. Delivery can be scheduled Mondays through Saturdays between 9am – 5pm. Our delivery team will

• carry your bed set up a maximum of three (3) flights of stairs, if there is no elevator,
• remove plastic covering from mattress and boxspring.
• set up bed frames and place mattress on frame.
• remove all packing material from your property.
